ComicPull is a site that allows you to create and manage a custom online subscription for comic books. When you find a comic that interests you, simply click the "Pull This" button and every time a new issue of that series is released, we'll order it for you! We’ll ship out your comics based on the shipping preferences you choose. It's like having your own comic book store right at your fingertips.
It's actually quite simple. You start off by browsing the site and seeing what comics are available (there are a lot!). Once you’re ready to start creating a Pull List, you’ll need to simply create an account and provide us with your basic information. We’ll order your comics as soon as they are released by the Publisher and once your order arrives in our warehouse, we ship it to right to your door.
All comics are discounted 15% off US Cover Price. In addition, we periodically offer additional discounts and specials throughout the year.
We place all orders for new comics on the 26th of the month. Therefore any changes you would like to make to your Pull List needs to be done no later than 11:59pm (PST) on the 25th of the month. All changes made afterwards will only apply to your order for the following month.
At any time, you can click on the “My Pull List" tab and you will see all the items in your Pull List along with the next ship date. You can add, remove, and even change the quantity of books. Remember that any changes made after the 25th of the month will only impact your order for the following month.
In general, you are only billed once your comics are ready to ship. In order to reduce fraud however, and keep our prices as low as possible, we do charge a $25/deposit on all INITIAL orders. What that means is on the 26th of every month, we pull a list of all orders that are associated to newly created accounts. All those orders are charged a $25 deposit against the initial order. Of course, if your initial order is less than $25, we will only charge the cost of the initial order. For initial orders, the balance of your order will be billed once your order is ready to ship. Once your first order is fully paid and shipped, and your account is in good standing, all future orders will only be charged to your credit card once only at the time of shipping.
In order to verify that a credit card is valid, we pass a pre-authorized transaction on your credit card. As this is only a pre-authorization and not actually a charge, it disappears from your statement within 5-7 days. As a result, you will most probably never see this transaction on your statement. If you do see it, rest assured that it will simply disappear within a few days.
As is the case when you order comics from a comic book store, we pre-order your comics 8-10 weeks in advance. As such, you can expect your first order to arrive in 8-10 weeks' time.
We can ship your comics to you on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Customers who choose weekly shipping can expect their orders to ship out every Thursday. Bi-Weekly subscribers will have their orders shipped out on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. All monthly subscriptions will be shipped out on the last Thursday of the month.
We ship all orders via USPS and UPS, and all orders are packaged with the utmost care.
Ordering back issues actually quite simple. When you find a series that interests you, you’ll notice that beneath the main section, there is a window that lists all available back issues. Just choose the back issues that you want to order, and it will immediately place them in your shopping cart.
Due to the fact that ordering Back Issues is a one-time purchase, Back Issues must be purchased through our shopping cart, which you will notice in the right-hand panel of ComicPull.
When it comes to special promos (ie. DC's recent Rings Promo) you will get the bonus item in question along with the comic order you've placed. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee variant and collectible covers at this time.
ComicPull will ship anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Shipping rates are charged on a per-shipment basis. Free shipping applies to individual shipments that have 30 or more comics.

Yes, for only $0.10/comic, we will be happy to package your comics with acid-free bags and board backings. You can add/remove the option from your account at anytime from the Shipping tab in MY ACCOUNT.
Due to the nature of the business and the fact that all comics are pre-ordered, we can only accept returns for damaged goods. If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us with 7 days of receipt in order to request a refund, exchange or credit.
