TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The 4th Wall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. The 4th Wall shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The 4th Wall shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect transaction.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This website (excluding linked websites) is controlled by The 4th Wall from its offices within the Province of Quebec, Canada. The website can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada as well as from the rest of the online world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Quebec, by accessing this website, the user agrees that all matters relating to access to or use of, this website, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada without regard to the conflicts of laws principal thereof.

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

Please note that this only applies to subscription orders for comic books. If you do not use our subscription service, this does not apply to you. In order to reduce fraud, and keep our costs as low as possible for our subscription customers, all new subscribers are charged a $25 deposit to be applied against their first subscription order. If your initial subscription order is less than $25, you will only be charged for the value of your order. The deposit will be charged on the first 25th of the month following the creation and approval of the account. Once your order is received, we will charge the balance of what is owed, and ship out your order. Assuming there are no billing issues, your next order will only be billed once your order is ready to ship. Except for the deposit on initial orders, all subscriptions are charged to the credit card on file once your comics have been received and are ready for shipping.
